External Systems USA Inc. collects mobile telephone numbers and message content when customers initiate SMS conversations or request SMS communication for customer service and technical support. We use this information to respond to requests, coordinate service, provide ticket updates, and deliver technical support.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers and subcontractors solely as necessary to provide customer service, messaging delivery, technical support, or other services requested by the customer. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

External Systems USA Inc. provides conversational SMS messaging from 432-620-9457 for customer service and technical-support communications. Messages may include responses to customer questions, help-desk ticket updates, troubleshooting requests, technician scheduling, appointment coordination, and resolution confirmations.
Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s request and the duration of the support conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After receiving a STOP request, we may send one final message confirming that SMS communications have been discontinued. To resume messaging, initiate a new text conversation or otherwise provide consent again.
